  • BLACK TRUFFLE: Our fancy flavor is now one of Oprah's Favorite Things for 2019! We searched far and wide for the best truffle infused olive oil we could get our hands on, mixed it in with our core set of ingredients and magic ensued. The flavor of truffle up front with the kick of the mustard seed on the tail end is a perfect combination when used in deviled eggs topped with pickled mushrooms.

    Ingredients: fresh-ground and raw mustard seed, organic extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, filtered water, black truffle infused olive oil, Jacobsen Salt Co. sea salt.

     

    HONEY CURRY: Our original variety and the mustard that earned our street cred. This is Justin's first creation as inspired by the two ingredients that would distinguish our mustard from the rest: balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Beyond these two core ingredients, Justin tossed in two of his favorite pantry items, raw honey and curry, and out came a bold mustard sauce that is slightly sweet, full of flavor, and packs a punch. Don't let the curry intimidate you. You'll be surprised how well these seven ingredients come together, especially when rubbed on salmon.

    GARLIC AND DILL: After our original coupling of honey and curry met great success, we figured we'd expand into additional flavor pairings. So, when a local chef encouraged we experiment with a garlic and dill combination, it was a no brainer. Like PB&J and salt & caramel, garlic & dill were just meant to be together. Alone they're fine and dandy. Together they are unstoppable. This one is sure to perform exceptionally well in your grandma's famous egg salad.
